The death of little Margaret Ledbetter, which came Friday evening at the home of her parents, Mr & Mrs M E Ledbetter, was a great shock to her friends throughout the town. She had only been ill for a few days.
This is the 4th child to die from this family within the past few years.
Besides her parents, she is survived by 3 sisters, Mrs Lawrence D Stamps, Cookeville; Mrs Bill Holloway and Mrs Betty Ledbetter, Monterey; 2 brothers, Paul and Woodrow.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev O P Gentry at the Methodist church with burial in the Monterey cemetery.
