Son of Nathan Goldstein and Lillian Abramson Goldstein.

Charles, who resided at 218 West Seventeenth Street, Wilmington, Delaware, served as a Technical Sergeant with the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.

He was "Killed In Action" while serving as a radio operator in a bomber over Flensburg, Germany.

He served with the Air Corps for nine months at the time of his death.

His brother, Gordon Morris Goldstein, was also "Killed In Action" during the war.
