Oak Creek Man Died Yesterday
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Legion Hut in Oak Creek for William Booth Bell, who died at his home in Oak Creek yesterday morning. Interment will be in the Oak Creek cemetery with the VFW giving military rites. Bell was born Oct. 18, 1893, in Canon City, Colo. He lived in Routt County since 1916. A machinist by trade, he worked in the coal mines. He was a Navy veteran of World War I. He is survived by his wife, Bertha Faye; a son, Daniel, of Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Lexine Harrison, of Norwalk, Calif.; a step-daughter, Elaine Harold, of Oak Creek; a sister, Florence Giovanni, of Oak Creek; a brother, Jeffrey F. Bell, of Oak Creek; and nine grandchildren.
