Pilot with the 752nd Bomb Squadron, 458th Bomber Group of the 8th Air Force, killed on his 22nd mission over Germany, in support of troops engaged in the battle of the Bulge. He was originally buried in Germany, but his remains were repatriated in April 1949. He was buried in his native soil April 20, 1949.
