Services were Monday, Jan. 20 at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard for Hulda Catherina Theresa Wrich, 90 of Blair who died Jan. 17, 1997 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair. Burial was in the German Cemetery.

Hulda Catherina Theresa Wrich was born to Carl and Anna Bergman Puls Sept. 7, 1906 in Washington County. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Bennington. She attended Dornacker School.

She married Charles Wrich Nov. 23, 1938. They farmed near Kennard until retiring in March of 1958. They then built a new home in Blair. She lived there until September of 1993 when she moved to Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles on July 12, 1997; two brothers, three sisters and one step-great-granddaughter.

She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Lillie and Alvin Wulf of Kennard; two stepdaughters, Leora Becker of San Bruno, Calif.; four step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Good Shepherd Lutheran Home, Emmaus Lutheran Church or the German Cemetery.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
