Wedding Bells
Busch-Martin
The marriage of John Martin an Miss Edna Busch was celebrated at the home of the bride in Goose creek neighborhood on Sunday morning last, at 9:30 o'clock. Rev. C. T. Barkuloo officiated.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Martin and a successful ship carpenter by trade, and the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Busch, all of whom were present. There were also present with their wives Messrs. G. B. Baker, Hance Baker, A. W. Busch, R. F. Busch, G. C. Wooster, C. M. Williams, W. A. Murray, E. G. Smith, J. W. Magee, and Miss Eleanor Busch, and Clark Cox who transported the La Porte party across the bay in his launch, Joel Davis, J. B. Gomlay, W. H. Martin, H. W. Martin, C. F. Martin, N. A. Martin, George Martin, Marvin Martin, W. H. McKinney, Eddie Scott, Robert Scott, and Ion [sic] Womack. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. John Martin, the happy celebrants, joined their relatives and congratulating friends in a sumptuous wedding barbecue which was fully enjoyed.
