Futher research has found:
William was a son of Henry & Louise Fackiner and he remarried on 27 November 1901 to Agnes Nicol,a daughter of Daniel & Bridget Nichol,at St. Agnes Church in Morrisdale,Clearfield County,Pennsylvania.

This marriage license also incorrectly states that Daisy died on 6 June 1899. The handwriting on the document indicates that this date had been written over very heavily.Record was found via the LDS website.
