Allyne Sue Phillips, 76, northeast Kansas, Mo., died Sunday, May 7, 1995, at Trinity Lutheran Hospital. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, in the Blackman Chapel; Interment in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, at the chapel.
Mrs. Phillips was born September 27, 1918, in California, Mo. She was a secretary for 12 years for the National Bellas Hess Company, retiring in 1965. She then worked as a secretary for the Kansas City Museum until 1977. She was a member of the Centropolis Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Northeast Chapter of the O. E. S. and the United Federation of Doll Clubs, Inc. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence (Max), in 1981. Survivors include her half-brother, Roger Elmer Lee Martin, Holden, Mo.; half-sister, Carolyn Gillotti, Holden; two Nephews, Larry Phillips, Gladstone, and John Phillips, Raytown; niece, Carol Hinesely, Raytown; brother-in-law, Warren Phillips, Raytown; and her companion, Marion Jenkins, of the home.
