Jason Hackworth Steele, 79, of Dandridge passed away Sunday August 22, 2010. He served proudly in the U.S.A.F. and became a computer whiz late in life, enjoyed his monthly breakfast club and his grandchildren. He loved his lake living and fishing.
Preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Oleta Steele.

Survivors:
Wife: Joan Dance Steele
Son: Jim Steele and wife Sarah
Daughter: Joanna Johnson and husband Steve
Brothers: Lester Steele and wife Jean
Bill Steele and wife Beth
Grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Naomi and Dallas and 6 other grandchildren out of the state.

Funeral service 7 PM Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Captain Steve Rose officiating. Interment 11 AM Thursday, August, 26, 2010 in Atchley's Seymour memory Gardens. Atchley Funeral Home, Seymour.
