Brown, G. Jean, 88, of Moundsville, WV, died Sunday, February 8, 2009 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.
She was born December 21, 1920 in Johnstown, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Link Stager.
Mrs. Brown was a retired employee of the Marshall County Public Library and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Moundsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by eight sisters.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 63 years, Joseph E. Brown; two sons, Joseph Edward (Debbie) Brown, Jr. of Knoxville, TN, and Mark D. (Debbie) Brown of White Hall, AR.; three daughters, Mary Jean Brown of Moundsville, Peggy (Bill) Bach of Sherrard, WV, and Audrey Ann (Tim) Berry of Terre Haute, IN; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
