Vannie enjoyed listening to gospel music, gardening, sewing, cooking, and visits with friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Howard Farr; daughter, June Swanson, son in law, Larry Swanson, daughter in law Mimi Farr; five brothers, and four sisters. She was the last living sibling.
She is survived by her children, Lynn and Jim Lovejoy, Woodstock, Georgia, Tony Farr of Loganville, Georgia Darryl and Ellie Farr of Villa Rica, Georgia, Jeffrey and Beth Farr of Jefferson, Georgia, Lorri Price of Villa Rica, Georgia; nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM from Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. A graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
