Jack W. WILLIAMS, 77, of Perryton, died October 2, 2000.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, October 4, at Ochiltree Cemetery with Rev. Steve Ulrey, pastor of First United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

He was born February 6, 1923 in Gray, Oklahoma, and was a lifetime resident of the area. He was a graduate of Perryton High- School, and attended Panhandle State University and Oklahoma State University.

He served as a navigator in the United States Air Force during World War II. He married Lorine LITTAU on August 4, 1947 in Perryton. She died in 1986.

He operated WILLIAMS Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for 25 years, retiring in 1987, and was also a farmer. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

He is survived by two daughters, Lynn WILLIAMS of San Diego, California and Sharon WILCOX of Miles City, Montana; one sister, Glenna WILLIAMS of Rootstown, Ohio; one brother, Pete WILLIAMS of Perryton; and one grandchild.

The family suggests memorials to the Yueca Girl Scout Council, P.O. Box 70, Guymon, OK
