Lois B. Albertson, 74, of Greenville, widow of Colonel Albertson, died September 18, 2009.
Born in Easley, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Addie Smith Brooks. She retired from the family's business, A & A Builders, as the Bookkeeper and Secretary.
Lois was the church organist at Faith Baptist Church in Easley for more than 45 years and she enjoyed caring for the children of Easley Christian School for many years.
She is survived by her daughters, Gail Carroll of Charleston, and Janet Moore and husband, Jack, of Greenville; sister, Sybil Vaughn of Raleigh , N.C.; grandchildren, T.J. and Chrissy Carroll of Charleston and Justin Moore of Greenville.
She was predeceased by one brother.
The funeral service will be held at Woodside Church of God on Wednesday, September 23, 2009, at 2 p.m. with burial following at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at the church.
