Kenneth served as a Second Lieutenant on B-24D "Pelly-Can" #41-23688, 319th Bomber Squadron, 90th Bomber Group, Heavy, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Alameda County, California prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on October 15, 1941, prior to the war, at the Presidio Of Monterey, California. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Actor and also as Single, without dependents.

B-24D #41-23688 was rammed by a Japanese fighter plane causing both of them to crash into the sea near Indonesia. The entire crew was lost.

Kenneth was declared "Missing In Action" on this mission during the war.

He was awarded the "Distinguished Flying Cross", Air Medal, and the Purple Heart.
