Franklin Thomas Myers, 61, died Friday in the family home, 19 ½ Walnut St., Sharpsville, following a four month illness.
He was born on April 6, 1882, in Shady City, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Myers, and had resided in Sharpsville for 50 years.
He was an engineer on the Erie railroad for 23 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Blanch Kilgore Myers, four daughters, Mabel and Viola at home, Mrs. Paul Barlett and Mrs. Louis Dilley of Sharpsville, R. 1; two sons, Carl Myers of Sharpsville, and Arthur Myers of Sharon; eight grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Bar Harnish of Sligo; Mrs. Jacob Heartzell of Knox, R. 2, Mrs. David Blair of Elk City, and Mrs. Clyde Blanchard of Knox, R. 1, and a brother Ross Myers of Parkers Landing.
