Abigail Moulton's direct forebears were forged in the crucible of the Seven Years War. Both her grandfathers were captured by Indians in the Candlemas Massacre (York, 1692) and later 'redeemed'. Two of her great-grandparents were killed in the same raid.
Abigail married Job Lyman, physician, and they had eleven children. In addition to those listed below were Hannah (1763-), Moses(1769-), Theda(1773-) and Theodosia(1777-).
