He resided in Baltimore, Maryland prior to the war.

Albert was declared "Missing In Action" in the "Line Of Duty" of a non-battle related incident during the war. He was lost at sea.

Son of Cecelia Stefanski.

He also has a "Cenotaph" at the Holy Rosary Cemetery, Dundalk, Maryland with a photo of him.
