James C. Bray, age 69 years, died last Friday night of apoplexy at the home of his sister, Mrs. W. M. Page of Brush Creek. His wife, who died several years ago, was a sister of G. W. Brooks of Ore Hill. Surviving are two children, Mrs. T. L. Wrenn of near Jordan's Mill and J. Benton Bray of Roanoke, Va.
