Elizabeth Alice Larremore was the daughter of Judge George Washington and Rachel Adeline Fanning Larremore.

Mrs. Elizabeth Hellyer,82, of 201 South Ash, a resident in this area for 70 years, died last night in a local hospital.

As a girl of 12, she came with her parents in a covered wagon to Seven Rivers, where the family settled after the journey from Kerrville, Texas. In 1891, she was married to W.E. Hellyer, who died two yers agao. He was in the construction business.

She had lived in Carlsbad since 1928. She was a member of the First Methodist Church.

Surviving ae three sons, Tucker Hellyer, Carlsbad; G.T. Hellyer, Wickenburg, Arizona, and T.K. Hellyer, Harrison, Idaho; two daughters, Mrs. Flossie Robinson, Ranger, Texas, and Mrs. Irene Wilmoth, Salinas, California; a sister, Mrs. Dora E. Bass, Lordsburg, two brothers, Creed Larremore, Mule Creek and Mark W. Laremore, Crow Heart, Wyoming; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at First Methodist Church. The Rev. Joe Emanuel will officiate. Burial will be in Carlsbad Cemetery.

Mrs. R.E. Larremore, 97, Carlsbad pioneer, 201 South Ash Street, has been confined to her bed for several days with pneumonia.

She is reported somewhat better today, able to talk to her two daughters, Mrs. Alice Hellyer, 78, and Mrs. Dora Bass, 62.
