Herman H. Castleman, a lifelong resident of Rolla and Phelps County, died early Friday at the Phelps County Hospital.
Mr. Castleman, a veteran of World War I, was vice president and a member of the board of the First State Bank, president of the board of the Rolla Municipal Utilities, a member of the First Christian Church, and chairman of Elders there, a trustee of Central Bible College, Moberly, and manager of Superior Chevrolet Company here for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Jewel; and four brothers, Richard, Fred, Don, and Francis.
Burial Sunday, in Rolla Cemetery.
