I have recently discovered that my uncle Walker Harold Davis (my mothers brother) is in the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella Village, Merced County, CA.
I presume Walker Harold Davis's son, David Allen Davis is the one who requested the military burial in the cemetery and had a portion of the cremated ashes also place at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, although I have not been able to contact David and verify this presumption. David lives in Omaha,Nebraska.
