In Memory of Joseph Libbey, born in Dover, NH, February 3, 1793. died in Georgetown, DC, August 24, 1865. Whereof for half a century he had been a resident, honored and respected for his many civil virtues and his true christian character. Thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory, through our Lord Jesus Christ. Also of his wife Louisa born in Leesburg, VA June 3, 1803, died in Georgetown, DC May 24, 1873
