McNearney, Nada Smith passed away July 22, 2010 after a prolonged illness. Nada McNearney was born June 13, 1926 in St. Louis, MO, daughter of Ilda and Paul Smith, formerly of Hannibal, MO. She attended high school at Villa Duchesne. She graduated from Washington University with a BA in Psychology. She worked as a graphics cartographer for several years until her marriage to Thomas O. McNearney, Jr. in 1951. Nada and Tom had four children. They celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary shortly before his death in 2003. In addition to her family, Nada spent her passion, talents and time on dear friends, some volunteer work, lots of bridge, but mostly golf. She is survived by her sister Ilda Leschen, her four children and their spouses, Terry McNearney, Thomas and Sharon McNearney, Christina McNearney and Steven Phillips and Lida Wagner and Kenneth Wagner, and five grandchildren, Kathleen, Allison, Michael and Patrick McNearney and Elizabeth Wagner. Services: Visitation will be held at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Road, 62122, Sunday, July 25 from 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Annunziata on 9305 Clayton Rd, in 63124 on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 10 a.m. Burial services will follow at Forever Bellerive Cemetery on 740 N. Mason Rd, 63141.
