In 1870 Minnie and her family were living in Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas. Her father was a wagon maker. In 1880 the family was living in Dallas County, and her father was a farmer.

Minnie was the widow of Judge Martin Cullen, for several years Justice of the Peace in Precinct No. 1. She had been a resident of Dallas 23 years. She was survived by four daughters.

The newspaper obituary said she was 46 years old. The 1900 federal census said she was born in December 1863.

No marker or headstone was seen in 2014.
