Besides his wife, he is survived by one sister, Miss Lela Cundiff; two brothers, Ernest and John Will Cundiff, all of Columbia; one son, Henry Allen Cundiff, Cane Valley; two daughters, Mrs. Albert Woodrum, Cane Valley, and Mrs. Frank Browning, Columbia; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One son, William R. Cundiff, was killed in 1944 during World War II.
The Reverend H.J. Conover conducted the funeral services Saturday, December 1, at the Cane Valley Christian Church. Interment was in the Cane Valley Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by the Stotts & Phelps Funeral Home.
Steward Hutchison, Leonard Hutchison, Archie Watson, Rollin Todd, Harel Rogers, and Carl Wilson were pallbearers.
Bingham Moore, Guy Farris, Banks Hancock, Tyler Tupman, Henry Squires, and Will Ed Squires served as honorary pallbearers.
