The remains of William Newton SLAVIN, who died at Mt. Dora, New Mexico on December 6th were brought back here the fore part of this week and laid to rest in the Ochiltree Cemetery on last Tuesday afternoon. The deceased was born on January 25, 1881 and at the time of death was 44 years, 10 months and 11 days of age. Mr. SLAVIN leaves a wife and four children, who live in New Mexico, and his mother, three brothers, Arthur, John and Jim, and two sisters, all of whom live in this county.
