"Mrs. Emma Brown, aged eighty-four, a life-long resident of this county, died Tuesday morning at the county hospital at Phoenix Mills. Mrs. Brown was born on June 28, 1862, at Roseboom, the daughter of Peter and Laurena (Vanderour) Ullman. She married Herbert Brown in 1892 at South Valley. Mr. Brown died several years ago. She is survived by a son, Elwin Brown, Oneonta, and several nieces nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p. m. at Maxwell Funeral home. The Rev. L. L.
