Our mother, Azalia B. Henderson, 86, was called home Dec. 8, 1997 to her Father in Heaven and the loving arms of her parents and many loved ones who preceded her in death.

Born Feb. 11, 1911 in Union, Utah to Horace William and Mary Alice Graham Burgon. Married Fredrick Alonzo Pack in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Nov. 8, 1929. Married David W. Henderson in Granite, Utah on Feb. 14, 1951.

She was a successful business woman and realtor, and an accomplished pianist. She loved gardening and entertaining, and was successful at everything she did.

Survived by daughter, Jeneanne (Robert) Safran, Ogden; sons, Donald A. (Emma Lou) Pack, Kingman, AZ.; Robert D. (Shelly) Pack, West Valley City; Richard L. (Ellie) Pack, Holladay; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Carol (Joe) Leydecker, Holladay; brother, Dean G. (Rosanne) Burgon, sister-in-law, Rea Burgon, both Salt Lake

Funeral services Saturday, Dec. 13, 1997, 1 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, where friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to the services.

Interment, Sandy City Cemetery.
