A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William O. Jones, she was born Feb. 6, 1882 in Penn township, Cumberland county, near Cummingstown. She was married Mar. 2, 1905, at Harrisburg to C. J. Beidel, who survives her.
Mrs. Beidel was a member of the Church of Christ, Shippensburg.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Leonard O. Beidel of 122 East Garfield st.; one daughter, Mrs. John Thompson of Lafontaine, Ind.; one brother, Ambrose Jones of North Third st., Harrisburg; ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, at 2:30 p.m. from the VanScyoc funeral home. Evangelist Borden Higginbotham of Anderson, Ind., will officiate, and burial will be in Spring Hill cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
