Dalton Ray Ludwig, 16, of 435 Village Place, Pickerington, Ohio died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the Grant Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio following injuries received in an automobile accident. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 23, 1994 a son of Philip E. II and Pam Archer Ludwig who survive of the home. He was a junior at Pickerington Central High School, Pickerington, Ohio where he was a member of the soccer team. He enjoyed video games and computers, as well as, his dogs, Charlie and Buddy. Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers: Derek Ludwig and Devon Ludwig of the home, maternal grandparents: Paul and Leoba Archer of Woodsfield, Ohio, paternal grandmother: Shirley Ludwig of Woodsfield, Ohio, several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Philip E. Ludwig. Friends will be received at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home 550 Hill Rd., Pickerington, Ohio from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday. Friends then received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 St. Rt. 78 West Woodsfield, Ohio from 10a.m. until 12:30p.m. Wednesday. Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm. Wednesday at St. Sylvester Catholic Church Woodsfield, Ohio with Rev. Fr. David Gaydosik officiating. Burial will follow in the Moffatt Cemetery near Woodsfield, Ohio.
