Kenton Attorney Dies Wednesday

KENTON - Harry Price, 38, of Forest, died of a heart attack in McKitrick hospital here at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday.

Price had been a patient in the hospital since Saturday night when he was admitted for treatment of facial injuries Hardin-co Sheriff Clarence Brown said were received in an altercation here. No charges were filed in connection with the altercation, the sheriff stated.

Born in Forest, Mr. Price was a graduate of Forest high school and Ohio State university. He and his father, W. B. Price, of Forest, have been practicing law as a partnership with offices in Kenton and Forest. His father is chairman of the Hardin-co Democratic Executive committee.

Survivors include the parents; one sister, Mrs. Eloise Hamel of Columbus and Forest, and two brothers, Russell Price of Upper Sandusky and Bradley of New York state.

The body was removed to the Price funeral home here pending completion of funeral arrangements.

KENTON - Final rites for Attorney Harry M. Price, 37, who died here of a heart attack early Wednesday, will be held at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William B. Price of Forest at 2 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Hueston cemetery at Forest. Price funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

He was born in Forest Oct. 26, 1914.
