Survivng stones from Rosewell Plantation cemetery were moved in the 1960's by the APVA to Abingdon Episcopal Church cemetery.
This tomb did not survive, but the inscription was transcribed in 1893 by Dr. Lyon G. Taylor and published in the W&M Quarterly, 1st series, vol. 3, pages 185-189.
