LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN RIEBER, DECEASED
The following will having been duly probatedin the Vanderburgh Circuit Court during the June Term 1911 and ordered entered of record in the proper record of wills of said County the same is now here so entered.
State of Indiana
County of Vanderburgh
In the Name of the Father of all.
I John T. Rieber of the City of Evansville Ind. being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time hereto made.
First. I direct that my body be decently intered and that my Funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding tith my estate and situation in life, and as to suit worldly estate as God has intrusted me with. I dispose of the same in the following manner, towit I direct first that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as possible out of any part of my Estate.
Second. I give to my beloved wife Carrie all my property, Real, Personal and mixed of every kind to have and to hold.
Third. I hereby appoint my wife Carrie, Executor of this my last Will and Testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto my hand and seal this the 11th day of April 1911.
