Mrs. Harriet Hamilton, 75, died at her home in Montpelier yesterday morning. Heart failure is given as the immediate cause, although she had been sick from the shock received when her stepson met with the terrible accident at the Baltis stone quarries only a few weeks ago. She is survived by her husband, James Hamilton, two sons, Curtis Wright of Dunkirk, and William Barnes of this city; three daughters, Jennie Price and Cora Hamilton of this city, and Rachel Thomas of Nebraska, and John Hamilton of this city is a step-son. Funeral in the Methodist church Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Woodlawn.
