Bobby Lewis, Jr. was the husband of Bettie Jack Bowling Lewis.They resided in the Godwin community across from the Hooker Chemical Co. before a fire mishap occurred in 1976. They then lived in the Riverside area in Columbia shortly before his death in 1978. He was the father of Barbara Lewis, Bentia Lewis, Stacy Lewis and Jolene Lewis, stepfather to Jackie McClain, all of Columbia, TN. Jolene was very young when he was killed. Bobby was a tree topper and worked on various farms for a living.
