WOODIE E. DAVIS DIES
Woodie E. Davis, 65, native of Alabama, died in Hurley.
He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Clydie Davis Glaskox, Mrs. Willard Jones, Mrs. Louise Baria, Mrs. Joseph Rubino, Mrs. Willie L. Jones, all of Hurley; five sisters and two brothers, and 25 grandchildren.
Burial was at Hurley in Magnolia cemetery Monday afternoon.
The pastor, of the Hurley Methodist Church, Rev. Coleman, preached the funeral sermon.
Pallbearers were Jesse Hamilton, G.W. Hamilton, N.C. Everett, Ed Mizell, J.W. Atwell and Edison Coleman.
