Mrs. Mary Godtel Dies--
Death came unexpectedly Monday afternoon to Mrs. Mary Godtel, 84, at her farm home near Clay Center. She had lived in that community since 1900, being a native of Salem. She spent her childhood in Fairfield. She was a member of the Clay Center Christian church (sic).
Funeral services were held in the Clay Center Christian Church Wednesday afternoon with Carroll Gunderson in charge, Burial was in the Clay Center cemetery (sic).
Survivors include her husband, Jacob H. Godtel, a daughter, Mrs. W. F. Pool of Lindsay, Okla., and a son, Dr. Russell Godtel of Drumright, Okla.
