Helen Mae [Marshall] Smith, b. April 15, 1848, d. Jan. 18, 1920. Her occupation was housewife. She was 71y8mos3d when she died. She died of double pneunomia in Walpole, NH (across the river from Westminster, VT). Her father was Alfred Hutchkiss, birthplace unknown. Her mother was Sophia O. Greely, birthplace unknown. (According to Helen's death certificate. Information on the death certificate was given by Helen's son Howard Smith, who was then living at 946 So. 24th St., Easton, PA.) The funeral home that buried Helen listed her maiden name as Marshall.
