Mrs Lydia Ann Rowe, aged 87, of near Lapaz, Indiana died at 1 am today in the home of a son Samuel Rowe, near North Liberty, this county, whom she was visiting. Her death
followed a few minutes illness after a sudden heart attack.
She was born near Goshen Ind, Jan 27, 1854 and lived in Bremen 67 years. Her husband Fred Rowe died 31 years ago. Surviving her are three sons, Samuel of Marshall County and Ervin and Harry, of near Lapaz and three daughters Mrs Melinda M Tasher, South Bend, Mrs Cora Drake, Bremen, Ind and Mrs Elizabeth Carbiener, near Lapaz.
Friends may call at the home of the son, Harry. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday in the Church of the Brethren, Bremen of which Mrs Rowe was a member. Rev C C
Cripe, Argos will officiate. Burial will be in the Bremen Cemetery.
