Nancy J. Wilkins, 74, of Blair died Sunday, July 27, 2008, at the Good Shepherd Home in Blair.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, July 31, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home.

Nancy J. Wilson was born January 25, 1934, in Missouri Valley, Iowa, to Frank and Evelyn (Bolt) Wilson. She grew up on the family farm. On September 6, 1952, she married Eugene "Duck" Wilkins. She lived and worked on the beloved Papio Farm her entire life. She was a talented artist and painted on commission oil paintings from all 50 states. She also loved horses and all animals.

She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, Chauncey, Frank and Jacque, all of Blair, Daniel and Vicky of Omaha; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene; sisters Francis Saville and Betty Dillon.
