Ed Riechard, 80, of Frankford died at 6:10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, 1989, in Hannibal Regional Hospital. Visitation was hled after 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green until time of the services at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Jim Young of Washington officiated with burial in Fairview Cemetery, Frankford.

Mr. Riechard was born August 15, 1908, in Pike County to Fred and Bertha L. Hollenback Riechard. He was married October 12, 1929, in Hannibal to Margaret Nelson. She preceded him in death Feb. 14, 1989. Also preceding him in death was a son, Jimmie Lee Riechard.

Mr. Riechard lived in the Frankford area all his lifetime where he owned and operated Riechard's Phillips 66 Service Station for 45 years. He was a member of the Frankford Presbyterian Church.

His survivors include one son, Donald Riechard; two daughters, Mrs. Bob (Nan) Galloway and Mrs. Floyd (Margie) Hamilton; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Fred Riechard, and two sisters, Clara Bray and Janie Hollenback.

Memorials may be made to the Frankford Presbyterian Church.
