Hazel L. Anderson, 39, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2001 at Northern Illinois Medical Center, McHenry. Hazel was born on January 16, 1962 in Waukegan, IL. to Richard and Shirley (nee Matthews) Anderson. Hazel had made her home in the Lake County area for the past 39 years.
Hazel leave her mother Shirley Anderson of Round Lake Beach; fiance Neal Newell of Vernon Hills; 4 sisters and 2 brothers: Lori (Jim) Murawski of Trevor, WI.; John Rhoton of Racine, WI.; Angela Anderson of Round Lake Beach; Jacki (Chuck) Coulman of Lakemoor, IL.; Dan (Lisa) Anderson of Round Lake Beach and Joann Richmond of Round Lake Beach. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews: Shawn Anderson; Jeff Curneal; Heather, Cory and Roman Murawski; Amanda and Christina Torok; Kelli and Morgan Koch; Maddison Callies; Brandi and Brittany Coulman; Nick Smith; Branden, Jonathen and Nathaniel Richmond. She was preceded in death by her father in 1991 and her grandparents.
