Mrs. Cochran was born at Dunkirk, N. Y., November 4, 1854 and on November 7, 1875, married Mr. Cochran. In 1883 the family came west, settling in Oregon, having made Needy their home since that time.
Mrs. Cochran is survived by her husband, two sons and two daughters, L. H. Cochran, Molalla; Roy Cochran, Portland; Mrs. Maude Charlton, La Grande, and Mrs. O. W. Jackson, Molalla. She also leaves eight grandchildren.
Funeral services are to be held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Rock Creek church. Rev. Drake of Molalla, will officiate. Interment will be in the Rock Creek cemetery.
