| Birth: | 1927 | | Death: | 2010 | REMLEY Annie Geneva Remley, 82, passed away on May 20, 2010. I am the resurrection and the life and whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? She said to him, Yes, Lord, I believe that you are Christ, the son of God, who is come into the world. Geneva was born October 21, 1927, in Winder, Georgia. She knew of a place far away and on May 20, 2010, she peacefully entered eternal life with her Lord and Savior. She attended Tift College. Geneva was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville and never let a day go by without prayer and a bible devotional. In addition to taking care of her family she was a volunteer with the Girl Scouts. She was truly the most unselfish and giving person that you would ever meet. Her love and devotion to God and her family could not be measured or ever forgotten. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Harris Remley. Survivors include 3 children, Richard (Cathy), William (Susan), Nancy Thompson (John), 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jerry Rowell officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 24, 2010, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at FRASER FUNERAL HOME, 8168 Normandy Boulevard Family links: Spouse: Harris T. Remley (1925 - 2006)* *Calculated relationship
