Frank S. Aument, of Ronks, died on Monday evening at 7:30 o'clock of Bright's disease after an eight months' illness, aged sixty-seven years. He was a carpenter by trade and was a member of the Paradise United Brethren church. His wife, who was a Miss Catharine Ackar before marriage, and these children survive: Maris, a United States soldier, now in France; Ella, wife of Abner Boose, of Christiana; Elise, wife of Norwood Lefever, of Ronks, and Leroy, stationed at Douglas, Arizona, with Company 11, Field Artillery. These brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Howard Pierce, of Milton; Elmer, Joseph and George, of Lancaster; Newton, of Coatesville, and Amos, of Philadelphia. (The Lancaster Examiner - April 17, 1918)
