Funeral services for Robert J. Hub Forter were held 4-20-1982 at the George Boom Funeral Home Sioux Fall SD Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery Sioux Falls SD.
Robert J Forster son of Mr and Mrs Joseph Forster was born 11/11/1909 near Salem SD. He grew up in the Salem area and on 4-22-1936 he married Gladys Bruhn in Salem SD. They ran a cafe in Salem until 1952 when they moved to Sioux Falls. Mr Forster ran the Sioux Valley Barber shop in Sioux Falls until his retirement in 1972. He spent the last few months in the Diamond Care Center in Bridgewater SD. Mr Forster died at the Veterans Hospial in Sioux Falls on 4-17-1982 at the age of 72.
Survivors include his wife of Sioux Falls, SD; two sons, Brad and Reed Forster both of Sioux Falls, SD; 2 grand childen and two brothers BH Forster of Salem SD; and Cope Forster of Norfolk, Nebraska. Preceding him in death were his parents, five brothers and eight sisters.
