Henry Claudie Seller, 72, of Mize, died Jan. 16 at Magee General Hospital following a lengthy illness.
He was a native of Simpson County and was born June 8. 1906. He was a retired farmer and a member of Antioch Methodist Church.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Jan. 18 at Mims Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel, Magee with Rev. Cortez Everett officiating. Mims Mitchell Funeral Home, Magee, was in charge of arrangements, and interment was in Sharon Cemetery.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ruth Sellers, Mize; one daughter, Mrs. Ozell Butler, Mize; four sisters, Mrs. Mettie Meadows, Greenville, Mrs. Emile Garner, Mrs. Mattie Everett, and Mrs. Annie Jane McWilliams, all of Magee; one grandchild, one great granddaughter; a number of nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
