He was born April 21, 1943, in Washington, Indiana to Albert Michael and Mary Lucille Grannan Clements. Thomas was a member of Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church in Irving.
He is survived by his wife, Caroline; children, Jane Goettman, Cindy Clements, David Clements, Debbie McCurry, Shelly Campbell, T. J. Clements and Carol Clements; six grandchildren, Janelle Goettman, Brooke Campbell, Taylor Campbell, Haley McCurry, Kelsey McCurry and Thomas J. Clements, III.
