Homegoing services for Mrs. Frankie Winona Precht Parker will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008, in Miguez Funeral Home chapel, with Rev. Josh Milliron officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miguez Funeral Home, and will continued from 9-10 a.m. Thursday prior to the service.
Mrs. Parker went home to be with the Lord at 11 a.m., Sept. 7, 2008 at the Jennings American Legion Hospital. Mrs. Parker lived in Jennings with the exception of a few early years of her marriage after World War II.
Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Parker (Ernest) Sebren of Brandon, Miss.; one sister, Ola Mae Self of Allen, Texas; two brothers, James W. Precht of Jennings and Frank Michael Precht of Fairview, Texas; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded to heaven by her parents, Frank Charles and Sally Hebert Precht; her husband, Arlie Q. Parker Sr.; and a son, Arlie Q. Parker Jr.
