STEWART, SANDRA KAY - age 65, of Powell, passed away January 6, 2013 at home. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Powell. She was employed by Crown College for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by husband, Larry Stewart and father, Burgess Boring.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Michelle Taft, Brian and Charlcie Taft, and Jeremy and Jessi Stewart; grandchildren, Ashley, Ethan, Riley, Bailey, and Lucy; mother and step father, Inez and Barney Lord; brother, Tipton Boring; and sister, Joy Workman. Funeral Service will be 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Temple Baptist Church with Dr. Clarence Sexton and Roger Hilliard officiating.

Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. at Memorial Cemetery in Maryville, TN for interment at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Northside Baptist Church, Building Fund, 201 Bernard Avenue, Knoxville, TN. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Temple Baptist Church.
